Blueberry Yogurt Parfait
On busy mornings, this breakfast is one of my go-to’s. It’s healthy, tasty, and quick to make. The granola and honey elevate this yogurt dish. The granola adds a nice crunch, and the honey brings a nice sweetness.
Blueberry Yogurt Parfait

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)
1/4 cup granola (you can use store-bought or make your own)
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Directions
- In a small bowl, add a layer of 1/4 cup of blueberries. Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of granola. Drizzle with honey (or maple syrup).
- Finish the parfait with a final sprinkle of blueberries.
