Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
I love to make this recipe when I need a quick way to insert vegetables into my meal. This dish works for a healthy lunch or dinner side.
Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease a glass baking dish.
- Cut cauliflower head into florets.
- In a large bowl, add florets, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Mix well.
- Bake the cauliflower in a glass dish for 20 minutes.
- Stir the florets around, and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
