The BEST Roasted Potatoes

I find anything with potatoes to be delicious, but oftentimes, I have found plain roasted potatoes to be tasteless and boring. This recipe is my go-to for delicious and addicting roasted potatoes. The best part about this recipe is it is only three ingredients! The trick to these flavorful potatoes is using Onion Soup Mix as seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes

  • 1 package of onion soup mix

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425F. Cube the 4 medium potatoes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and onion soup mix envelope.
  • In a baking dish, bake potatoes for 35-40 minutes or until soft.
