Refried Kidney Beans
This recipe makes a delicious and simple side to any Mexican or Tex-Mex meal. The kidney beans are flavorful and are delicious topping on nachos too. Their creaminess and rich taste add a great texture to nachos. The simplicity of this recipe comes from using taco seasoning, a staple seasoning in my kitchen.
When making these kidney beans, remember to trust the process. The desired color and flavor are not reached until the final minutes of the cooking process.

Directions
- Over medium heat, pour the can of kidney beans into a medium saucepan. Let the liquor start to boil.
